Brief introduction of process for pyrolysis machine

Raw material (waste tires, waste rubber) is conveyed through conveyor to the automatic feeding machine, entering into the main reactor, which is heated by hot air from the burning room, and the temperature rises up. Raw material in the main reactor is then finished pyrolysis, from which oil gas is generated and goes into the manifold. In the manifold, impurities and heavy oil component get down being collected with heavy oil tank. The light oil part goes into the oil gas condensers to be condensed into liquid oil, being collected into oil tanks. Exhaust gas which could not be condensed into liquid will go into the hydroseal for cleaning, and goes into the burning room or exhaust gas burning room to be burned.

Residue discharge processing will be start after the pyrolysis process finished. Residue in the main reactor (that is carbon and steel) is conveyed out, by the first closed discharger, into the carbon steel separator, which would separate steel wire into the steel wire storage box. The carbon would be then transport into the secondary discharging conveyor for condensing, and being elevated into the carbon silo by carbon hoister. The carbon would be then conveyed by conveyor to wrapping machine for packaging.

End gas produced in the burning room will exhaust by draft fan, going through the flue condenser and cooled down, and goes into the dedusting room for cleaning treatment, with three-stage dedusting and cleaning, the gas is then safely discharged.
