Brief introduction of process for pyrolysis machine

1.First of all,check all oil gas tube whether it is unobstructed,check all electric circuit,switch and socket.

2.Check all Press Meter and Temperature Meter whether it is sensitive.

3.Check the water level of hydroseal whether it is normal.

4.Check all transmission gear whether need to be lubricate.

5.Check the internal situation of main reactor and safety anti-explosive valve.

6.Check the safety pad on upside of hydroseal and ceramic ring in dedusting room whether need to be replaced.

7.Check the liquid level meter of oil tank whether it is blocked.

8.Notice:Be careful check and ensure the oil condenser is unobstructed.

9.Check the seal ring of air outlet hole,replace it if necessary; check the sealing capability of burning room door .
